BAYER MATERIALSCIENCE ANNUNCES HELM U.S. CORPORATION AS EXCLUSIVE NORTH AMERICAN DISTRIBUTOR OF BISPHENOL-A (BPA)
Pittsburgh, October 26, 2004 – Bayer MaterialScience announced today that Helm U.S. Corporation will serve as the company’s exclusive North American distributor of Bisphenol-A (BPA), effective November1, 2004. The sales and marketing agreement will broaden Bayer MaterialScience’s BPA market presence and expand HELM’s specialty and industrial chemicals portfolio. Specific terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
